Any quotation given for plants or services will be exact (no hidden charges). Title to goods remain with Lilycroft Aquatics until full payment is received, regardless of any third party claims to the contrary.

Whilst every care possible is taken not to introduce alien plants and creatures into any establishment, Lilycroft Aquatics does not accept any liability if a very unlikely introduction does occur.

Lilycroft Aquatics does not accept responsibility for the unlikely event of pond leakage after work is undertaken, due to pond construction faults by the pond/lake contractor, or by the penetration of root growth through liners, clay, fibreglass or any other waterproof membrane.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of plants we have supplied, through predation by fish, birds, deer or any other animal. We can however erect cages of netting to protect the plants if necessary, which would incur an additional cost.
